The Bible is not a book of contradictions. The Bible is clear that God is love. God hates sins, but He loves the sinner. Jesus Christ died for the ungodly who are called the wicked, and He died to forgive the sins of the whole world. (Romans 5:6, 1 John 2:2) The verse above, as it stands, seriously contradicts God's love and His Plan for Universal Reconciliation through Jesus Christ. An accurate translation of this verse is:
