5 Then Jerusalem, all (pas) Judea, and all (pas) the region around the Jordan went out to him 6 and were baptized by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins.
This scripture speaks of the ministry of John the Baptist. The argument goes that all in this scripture can only mean some of all, since obviously everybody in Jerusalem and Judea and the region around the Jordan were not baptised by John the Baptist. Again, this is fallacious reasoning and misunderstanding of this scripture.
The context of this scripture shows that not everybody who went out to John the Baptist was baptised by him, as verse 7 below makes it clear that he did not baptise many of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
