There is a Great revival coming to America, but for the Sin of Abortion, the shedding of innocent blood, the price must be paid. Jeremiah 15
4 And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for [that] which he did in Jerusalem
16 Moreover Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; beside his sin wherewith he made Judah to sin, in doing [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD.
The coming of revival is a turning point. If there were no remnant in the church crying out for revival; if no revival were coming, we would have no hope.
This Passage from Ezekiel shows a pattern of judgment upon a wicked people where a remnant of them remain afterwards.
1. And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them,
3 And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, [even] I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.
6 In all your dwellingplaces the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your images may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.
7 And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD. 8. Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have [some] that shall escape the sword
In the book of Daniel, the Prophet Daniel is called on to interpret a vision in chapter 4. The interpretation amounted to a word of judgment on King Nebuchadnezzar. The nature of the judgment was a chastisement. Nevertheless Daniel expressed hope that it would not come to pass and immediately advised the King to repent at once. The King knew of God and his power but was basically ignorant of his ways.
19. Then Daniel, whose name [was] Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream [be] to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies. 20 The tree that thou sawest, 22 It [is] thou, O king,
26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.
